1. What is “hour coverage” and how does it work?
Hour coverage means we provide trained staff to fill in when your regular employees are unavailable. This could be for sick days, vacations, emergencies, peak hours, or last-minute schedule gaps. You tell us the hours, location, and duties, and we assign reliable team members to cover those shifts so your business keeps running smoothly.
2. Do you provide both staffing and cleaning, or can I choose just one service?
You can choose exactly what you need. We offer:
Hour coverage only (extra staff for your existing operations)
Cleaning services only (standard or deep cleaning)
Combined packages where we handle both staffing and cleaning.

3. Are your workers trained and background-checked?
